USAW SANCTIONED EVENT Intro to Kilos will be held at the Tuff Expo in Greenville SC for 2022! Tuff Expo is a gathering for all things strength. This will be a sanctioned meet and all lifters must have a USAW membership. This can be used as a qualifier. Youth through masters are welcome. We encourage new lifters to come out and step on the platform for the 1st time. Chris Brockington is the owner of King Haigler Athletic Club in Camden SC. A multi faceted facility the helps athletes develop in to stronger, faster more explosive athletes.
