We are in search of someone who can meet the following requirements: ☑️Clean background ☑️Clean driver's license ☑️Has truck ☑️Has tools ☑️Has camera ☑️Has internet ☑️Can perform property maintenance and repairs ☑️Can work independently ☑️Can meet timelines ☑️Is available some nights and weekends ☑️Is willing to travel within a 50 mile radius 1 way We need someone that can do the following... Occupancy inspections, lock install/change, clean out and hauling, maid/janitorial, grass cuts/weed removal/tree shrub trimming, winterizations and more... You will also do bids for example: dead tree removal, fence repair, carpet removal and more.
