Rooted in CoRo's mission to promote hyper-local coffee and support anyone interested in roasting, The Works is designed to help train the skills and develop the knowledge you need to jumpstart your coffee business. This comprehensive course includes everything that is covered in our Introduction and Advanced classes, with added modules, more time logged behind roasters, and 1-on-1 support from our entire CoRo team. Week 1: Green buying process, sample roasting and cupping Week 2: Small-batch and advanced roasting Week 3: Advanced roasting and production space workflow Week 4: Business and marketing training NOTE: The dates and times of the different modules of The Works at CoRo are flexible and are scheduled after initial registration.
