We are seeking a full time maintenance supervisor for a medium size apartment community.
The ideal candidate will possess the following assets:
Apartment Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and painting skills = At least 3 years (HVAC certification and vast HVAC experience will result in higher pay rate)
This is a working supervisor position so the ability to perform all maintenance tasks is required.
Ability to analyze maintenance needs and prioritize and delegate as needed.
Can-do and team oriented attitude.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to perform on call services to be shared with one other team member.
Willingness to participate in daily grounds clean up.
Skills to service the pool and spa.

Pre-employment Drug and criminal background screening is required. Candidate can have no landlord debt.
Valid drivers license and vehicle required.
