From the City of Dunedin: November 10, 2021 The former Blue Jays Clubhouse located at 1700 Solon Avenue is being repurposed and converted to the City of Dunedin Parks Operations Facility. The project will begin the week of November 15, 2021 and is expected to be completed May 2022. Residents within the vicinity should be aware of contractor vehicles and trucks hauling debris during normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm) from November 15-December 13, 2021.
