Description

WATERFORD, CT — A pedestrian was killed in an I-95 crash in Waterford on Monday, NBC CT reported. Luis E. Guzman, 29, of Massachusetts, was walking southbound in the right lane near the Exit 82A ramp when he was hit by a car around 2 a.m. He died of his injuries.
