Express Employment Professionals is hiring Warehouse/Forklift Operators for our Client in Oakland. Multiple Temp to Hire positions available! The Warehouse/Forklift operator Associate position performs a variety of routine work in loading and unloading trucks, put away, pick and restock material Essential Functions Must be able to Operates forklift well Reach Truck Experience a plus (current certificate is a plus) Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station Experience in warehouse environments and processes Inspect and Load inbounded and shipping products for delivery Keeps management apprised of any delays or discrepancies. Pull all orders in a timely manner Once orders are pulled, help run freight and locate product Report broken pallets to supervisor Put away and pick replenishment materials Stock and rearrange pallets in locations Computer literate with the ability to use technology Keeps warehouse clean, well-organized and safe. Able to keep up with a fast pace environment Other duties assigned as necessary Education and Experience High school diploma or GED. 1 year of relevant experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job.
