Can someone take an older outdoor cat?

My wonderful bestie is getting older and I'm not sure what to do. She is occasionally peeing indoors and its not flying with roomate. I think she needs a kind and loving person who can take an outdoor cat. I am happy to provide litterbox, cat house, etc.. She's very loving and easy to deal with. Maddie is her name. Thanks!
