Good Thursday morning Connecticut, It is a chilly start to Veterans Day, but it will warm up into the upper 50s. Rain is forecast for Friday with an inch possible and there may even be thunderstorms Friday afternoon. Temperatures will be warm and reach into the mid 60s. Winds could gust up to 30 mph. Saturday looks good with more sun and temperatures near 60 degrees, and on Sunday temperatures will begin to nosedive with highs around 50 degrees. The Big Story On Wednesday, Gov. (Read more at the Rep-Am). The Connecticut Mirror explores the issue in-depth and said Connecticut's revenues from sales tax receipts jumped another $800 million, which is what has helped spark talk of possible tax relief. Connecticut is now projected to have a $3 billion budget surplus over the next two years, the CT Mirror reports. (Read their full story here).
