The 2nd Annual Cookin' on the Creek BBQ competition starts Friday, May 29th at Bay Creek Park with a Wing Night. Saturday is all about BBQ! Join us for our 2nd annual Cookin' on the Creek BBQ Festival on Friday, May 7th & Saturday, May 8th at the Bay Creek Park in Edisto Beach.. Friday night the BBQ Teams will be cooking the tastiest wings around. Gates open at 6:00PM. Saturday is all about competition BBQ. Cook teams from all across S.C. will be smoking and grilling Boston butt for all to taste on Saturday. Gates open at 11:00AM. BBQ tastings will be available from 11:00AM-2:00PM (or until it runs out). Awards presented at 3:00PM. Cold beer, wine, food and snacks will be available as well as live music both days. The band line up will be posted soon. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the festival with great food, great music and fantastic wings and BBQ. Daily admission is $10. Kids under 12 are free. Weekend admission passes are $15. Once inside the event, tickets for food and beverage are available for purchase. No refunds. Rain or shine event.
