GAITHERSBURG, MD — A man was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Lakeforest Mall Wednesday evening. Montgomery County Police responded to a call around 5:35 p.m., and rescue crews tried to save Terrance Donte Dimes, 29. Police said there is not a suspect in custody and the homicide unit is investigating. There are no other updates.
