Crews began work today (Nov. 10) at South Commerce Street near State of Franklin Road and will work their way to Roan Street. Work is expected to be completed in this area by close of business on Friday (Nov. 12). Drivers who cannot avoid the area should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe posted speed limits for their safety and the safety of workers.
