ICE SKATING RINK IMMEDIATELY HIRING - SKATE GUARDS & ALL POSITIONS NEEDED (Monterey, CA.) Need some extra spending money for the holidays? The Ice Skating Venue in MONTEREY, CA. is now accepting applications immediately for all open positions. The rink is currently in operation through the end of February and requires schedule flexibility. The Ice Skating Rink at PORTOLA PLAZA is celebrating & preparing for the holiday season and we want you to be a part of the excitement! All candidates must have schedule flexibility and be able to work on holidays, evenings and/or weekends as needed. We are looking for qualified individuals to fill the following part-time positions: • Cashiers and Rink Attendants - Providing outstanding customer service, giving out & returning rental skates, ringing up admission tickets, maintaining a clean guest area & helping guests as needed. Hard Working, Good Communication Skills and Positive Attitude are very important and a MUST to work at this venue! • Skate Guards/Ice Monitors- Maintaining safe ice skating conditions for all guests & assisting patrons as needed. Good Ice Skating skills are REQUIRED; First Aid and and giving outstanding Guest Service are a plus. • Assistant Management- Must have prior management experience. Prior experience in ice arenas and/or Zamboni driving are a plus! Candidates must exhibit excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service in addition to maintaining a clean & safe worksite.
