GUEST SERVICES ASSOCIATE (CASHIER/USHER) DUTIES: • Greet and engage guests and direct to IMAX Theater or other areas of the museum. • Promote concessions sales. • Learn cashier techniques and upsell memberships and museum programs. • Maintain knowledge IMAX Theater movies both documentary and Hollywood. • Maintain working knowledge educational events and exhibits. QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous customer service and sales experience. • Good communications skills. • Ability to be friendly, helpful, and kind. • Must be able to work under pressure and in constantly changing conditions. • Able to stand or sit for long periods of time. • Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and evenings.
