Cockatiel - NOT hand tame

I had him for a little over two years. He is not hand tame. He was adopted from a pet store, he was adopted missing toes (this is due to an unknown reason!) He loves to eat cut up vegetables if you place them in his food bowl. He is VERY vocal at dawn and dusk! I have recently gotten a new job and do not have the time to give him the attention he needs. He is FREE to a good home!
