ACCEPTING ALL MONEY DONATIONS VIA EVENTBRITE First off we would like to thank each and every one of you who have supported Lost Angels Non Profit Organization during our Thanksgiving and Christmas in Venice event the past 8 years! Thank you to our past sponsors Havasole, MovingFowardTogether, and Real 92.3, we will miss you this year and appreciate all the hard work your team has put in all these years. Our volunteers all are truly angels and have blessed those in need, along with showing the upmost love and support towards our community. During these tough times of the Covid-19 Pandemic, it has been trying for all of us financially and most importantly health wise. We want to send prayers to anyone who have lost loved ones and those who have not been physically/mentally at their best. We will all get over this soon, just keep pushing forward and continue to stay safe for you and your loved ones. We were sadden to not continue our traditional event this year due to the pandemic and yet again another lock down in our county. We were not allowed any permits for space or permits to serve our amazing holiday food to do our event on the Basketball Courts this year, and sadly we hear this might be even pushed over until 2022. We have connected with a new restaurant in Venice Beach, Fabios, who have kindly donated 350 hot meals to donate to the homeless of Venice Beach. Lost Angels will match 350 Blessing Bags (toiletries)in which we need your assistance with money donations via our website or here on Eventbrite. We need ONLY 30 volunteers in which we would need your assistance in preparing the bags, along with walking down the boardwalk handing out bags of food and Blessing Bags Christmas Morning. Please do not bring any clothes or items to give away due to sanitary reasons. All of our donations will be sealed and prepackaged for everyones safety. You must wear a mask at all time and we will not have any tents or tables set up, but will organize and package on the right side of the small Basketball Courts behind the restrooms. Due to Covid we cannot have a-lot of volunteers due to social distancing and for everyones safety. (MUST HAVE AN RSVP TO ATTEND) We strongly urge any elderly, young children, anyone who has been in contact with anyone who has have Covid in the past 3 weeks, or anyone with respiratory issues to STAY HOME, we really want you all to be safe and with your families this year. :) Thank you once again and God Bless you all!
