CBS Philadelphia November 11, 2021 A row home is now gutted and a man is in the hospital after an overnight fire in Philadelphia's Nicetown section. The Philadelphia Fire Department got the call just before 4 a.m. Thursday. When crews responded to the 1400 block of Jerome Street, fire officials said a 35-year-old man was rescued and rushed to the hospital. Fifty-seven-year-old Josh Chase was one of two men killed during the fire, according to his grieving uncle.
