I’m looking for a housemate to share my two bedroom house near University and Sacramento, 5 blocks from North Berkeley BART. I am female, a senior but still working and I have two beautiful Siberian cats and we are looking to share with a professional, student or senior. I am friendly but respectful and quiet non-smoking and I would like the same from you. Rent is $1500 plus $100 towards utilities monthly and I would like a year commitment, first and last month rent plus $500 security deposit and two appropriate references.
