looking to start pop punk band

I'm looking to start a pop/punk/rock band. I've been playing guitar for 10 years and looking for a bass player and drummer who've been playing for at least 4+ years. I have been in 2 local bands in the last 4 years. I created an EP that'll be out in December and looking to do a few cover songs with that so we have a 30min set for places. Like to do it for fun and see where it goes from there. I have a full in ear monitor rack and electric drum kit for practice since it'll have to be quiet for that.
