Press release from the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce: November 11, 2021 The Community Rescue Mission (CRM), in partnership with First National Bank of Fort Smith, is bringing back a Downtown Fort Smith tradition with a synthetic ice-skating rink. the rink will be located on the lawn of the Riverfront Pavillion, 100 North B Street from Friday, November 26th to January 2nd.
