NAME: Boaty / Midnight / Inky (he’s a community cat with a few names given by a few dedicated caregivers) LAST SEEN: Oct. 14/15, 2021, at Cordova Gardens complex, 2220 Bahia Vista Street, Sarasota, 34239 (near intersection of Bahia Vista and 41) APPEARANCE: Black, short-haired, neutered senior cat with one scarred eye and one clipped ear. When lost, he had shaved fur at base of the tail due to recent vet procedure. Slender build. Weighs approximately 9 pounds. CHIPPED: Chip registered to John Wisdom, roommate of Hayley Rutger, who is currently Boaty’s main caregiver. BACKGROUND: Boaty/Midnight/Inky was found as a feral cat but is friendly and is cared for by a few different people at Cordova Gardens, 2220 Bahia Vista Street. He doesn’t adapt well to being kept indoors but has a regular routine of being fed and loved daily. He is rabies vaccinated. He’s friendly with people he knows and skittish with strangers.
