Hi, We are looking for someone who can help us with general handyman work at our 17 units in Alexandria/Arlington, VA. Anywhere from 5-10 hours of work per week / potentially more hours during the summer busy season (May - September). Examples of work we need help with: Minor plumbing work (unclogging toilets, sinks) Minor paintwork (patching up small holes in the wall, painting over minor scratches on walls) Changing light bulbs/smoke detector batteries Re-connecting smart devices Minor furniture repairs (broken leg on a bed or futon) Tightening doorknobs Carpet/rug cleaning Diagnosing/fixing minor HVAC issues Start date: ASAP Please include your phone number and valid email address in your cover letter.
