Help deep frying some turkeys on Thanksgiving

I'm looking for someone who's free on Thanksgiving to help me deep fry some turkeys for customers. This would be perfect for someone single (M or F) or with no family as to I don't wanna take anyone away from friends or family that day. I have a partner that does gig's with me but his wife is sick and I don't want to keep him away from her if he's needed. I live in Henderson near boulder and sunset, we'll start very early that morning if not the night before prepping. I'm going to limit now the number of deep fried turkeys but still go all out for the smoked turkeys. Right now I'm at about 6 deep fried turkeys so I will update my website to stop with those because each will take about 38 to 45 minutes and 6 I wanna make sure we give the customers a great turkey. Will pay $50 and all were really doing is injecting the birds, putting them in the oil and watching them till there done. So mainly hanging out, talking, have some drinks and packaging them up when there done. I will also included a turkey or food if you want as to I'll be deep frying one for me and my kids. Also cooking a full thanksgiving meal. Please be fun, reliable, easygoing and someone wanting to have some fun, eat some good food.
