Day Porter Wanted
Cardiff Development Partners is seeking a part time day porter for three days per week for an hour and a half each day. A day porter is a person that helps maintain the appearance of a property. Tasks would include setting traffic cones, picking up trash, and light maintenance and cleaning.
The position is for Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 2:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
The position is near Rose Avenue & Channel Islands Blvd.
This is also an opportunity to learn about commercial real estate from a highly successful real estate developer. Ideal for students at Channel Islands High School, Oxnard College or others living near this location.
The person hired must be prompt, have transportation to get to this location and be vaccinated
