Looking for Full Time skilled Maintenance worker who will assists in the operations and maintenance of the Park and does related work as require $17.50 Your specific duties and requirements in this role include: Performing general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition. Completing service requests and cleaning up after after yourself. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to service calls and ensuring repairs are completed in a thorough and timely manner and cleaning up after after yourself. Position is also responsible for grounds maintenance, clean up and snow removal/salting during the Winter. Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities. (example; ceiling tiles, construction clean up) Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team. Will be responsible to cover on-call emergencies on a rotation basis as needed. Strong customer service skills required. Must be skilled in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry Reliable transportation and valid drivers' license a must. Background check is conducted. Physical Demands Navigate the Office Park. Wrist motions (repetitive flexion/rotation). Standing and walking. Pushing and pulling motions. Reaching overhead and bending to the floor.
