I need someone to help part time repairing appliances at over 200 rental properties that I mange. Appliances include Stoves, dishwashers and refrigerators. Additional experiences such as furnace and hot water tank repairs will be a plus. This can be part time and work can be performed at your convenience. Please let me know the type of experience you have, required compensation and availability. Properties I manage are located all over Franklin county.
