The recording studio provides the following: The foyer is 8' by 5.3' The room is 12' by 12.6' The vocal room is 8.6 by 7.6 * Electricity is included in the rent. * The vocal booth is fully acoustic. * NO Equipment included (the TV, Wall Acoustics and Couches can be included see pricing below) The building has -24-hour access -24-hour Surveillance -Free Parking in parking lot -The studio public areas, kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected by a hired cleaning services weekly. -Lounge/waiting area -Kitchen with microwaves and large refrigerator -Rooms do not come with Equipment -Keyless Entry (Coded Door Locks) -Independent AC control Rooms do not come with equipment. It does come with a TV and couches in the main room and vocal booth. $1500 First Month + $1,500 Last month rent + $500.00 Deposit. ($500 if you take the TV and Couches, if not it’s $300.)
