Pure breed female Red heeler needing rehomed

I have 9 month old red heeler who I need to rehome. She needs someone with time to exercise her or someone with a yard as she is very active and has high energy. She is up to date on shots and has been spayed. She is very friendly with people but skittish around other animals. She’s a heavy chewer but will not chew on furniture as long as she has proper toys. She has been potty trained to ring a bell on the door when she needs to go out. I can provide whatever food she has left, her kennel, toys, collar and leash, the door bells and a play pen if you are interested. I’m asking for a rehoming fee of $200 everything included.
