I'm posting this to keep it alive so if any would be victims search for this scumbags name, they can find this info! 2br - The property at 5116 Columbia Way was stolen The property at 5116 Columbia Way was stolen from Leslie Hemme by Charles Forrest Duvlavy Rothschild (he added that name and has nothing to do with the Rothschilds though that is not the story he tells) (her step dad piece of shit it turns out) who was supposed to pay her for it before he filed the deed, but he didn't, the property was then sold to 2 different people who knew the situation but still bought it! Thought I would post in case anyone is interested, I also want to stress, the house has since been flipped (flipper Alvarnez LLC. knew the deal and bought it anyway) and re-sold and the current owner is not part of the crime. He also stole land he never paid me for it as agreed and he has transferred it into a fictitious name conveniently enough so the owner can't be located. This properties are on the top of Tierra Subida, 93551 and have for sale signs on them, his last known location was Twenty nine palms, CA but has been known to live in Palm Springs, CA, Tularosa & Ruidoso NM & Tx, his partner is Carlos Daniel Chavez and also Thomas Stokell, beware of this man, he is a narcissist & a con man who preys on elderly women.
