Female blue heeler She is 6 months,very playful sweet with everyone and little kids she is a bit shy girl No she is not tied up all the time I just needed have her like that to take a picture she is a free puppy runs around I am asking $350 to insure she does go to someone who will take care of her I am willing to go lower I just want her to go to a good home.
