Mattress and bed frame removal needed

I have a California king mattress and bed frame that need to be removed and hauled away. Must be moved out of the bedroom (it's downstairs). Can not do curbside. Warning- the mattress is gross (urine stains). Can you do it? How soon? How much? Need it gone as soon as possible.
