We are currently seeking an experienced, confident, and energetic House Manager/Personal Assistant to support a very busy and lovely family with all aspects of their personal life and household. The ideal candidate must be eager, motivated, and strong in processes. As the family’s “right-hand person”, the assistant will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth personal environment for the family. This is a true gatekeeping role so candidates must be true gatekeepers with the ability to jump in and help with various tasks as needed. Typical duties include: setting up household systems and procedures, running errands, coordinating family schedules, grocery shopping, vehicle management, coordinating and overseeing household staff and vendors, and much more as needed. We are only considering candidates with excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a go-getter personality. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a similar role and understand the dynamic of working with families. Must love kids and have a valid Driver's License and insurance. Compensation: $75-90k/year
