Our property management company is looking for a laborer who can do general labor throughout our San Diego communities. We are a well-established property management company with over 35 years of experience. We provide a safe and clean community for our residents, hands on property management, and state of the art training.
Responsibilities:
-Upkeep of property
-Painting
-Power Washing/Using Blower
-Minor Landscaping
-Some Building
-General Maintenance
-Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Valid drivers license and auto insurance
-Self-initiative and the ability to multi-task
-Pleasant, confident and professional manner
-High integrity and strong work ethics
-Punctual
Full benefits:
Medical/dental benefits, 6 holidays a year, 2 weeks vacation per year and 1 week sick per year.
Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties.
