Biff is safe with a rescue and is fully vetted. He's neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and ready to meet his forever family. He would be okay with older children (at least 14-15 years old and very responsible in nature. Or, he'd do fine in an adult home. He must have at least a little bit of grass in his own backyard, even if it's fake grass. He is not a candidate for dog parks. Please send us a note if you'd like to meet him.
