Interested in steady, consistent work in the field of remodeling and new construction? Want to work, learn and gain experience in one of the most lucrative fields today? Small but growing south sound based remodeling and new construction company needs more able bodied and willing people. We have almost half a dozen large projects between Tacoma and Sea Tac and the number is growing! Images on this post are a sample of a before and after. We do ALL phases of construction. We are currently looking for more full time employees, specifically; 1) Entry level persons with minimal experience, you will learn the basics and start out doing basic things such as demo work and other physical work. Your knowledge base and skill level should grow and with that your potential for greater pay. Pay starts at $18-22 based on your current experience and skill. 2) An intermediate level person aka jack of all type who can do some framing and other mid-level things like installing cabinets, or building decks, etc. Competitive pay based on current skill and experience level. If your level exceeds 1-2 above send me a message anyway, as I've said we are growing and fast! Basic Qualifications: 1) Willing and hungry to work, can operate independently or in groups and have the ability to improvise, adapt and overcome. 2) Ability to communicate and be available to coordinate, is essential. 3) Ability to be concentrate and mindful of details 4) Reliable transportation 5) Must be punctual and able to work M-F 9-5 and sometimes Saturdays (though this is optional). 6) Professional, reliable, good work ethic 7) Valid driver's license and bank account (pay is weekly by direct deposit) Paid Weekly by Direct Deposit Basic Tools provided but we encourage you to eventually have your own set Power Tools provided – if you can treat them nice.
