Our Customers are primarily corporate, industrial, institutional and commercial entities with buildings located in metropolitan Detroit, southeast Michigan and WASHTENAW COUNTY. We are not a franchisor and we are not selling franchises. Rather, we are a privately held, well established and growing business looking for JANITORIAL SERVICES SUBCONTRACTORS to PARTNER with. Because of today’s low unemployment rate and the on-going difficulty in direct-hiring large staffs, Premium Services, Inc. is looking to partner with independent business owners and subcontract smaller accounts to clean rather than hire janitors directly. Our ideal candidate is highly skilled in the janitorial services field, can work under minimal supervision and has a singular interest in pursuing strategic growth.
