Our client that manufactures Van and Truck accessories and parts is seeking temp to perm candidates to work in their Showroom and Warehouse. The right candidates for this role will have working knowledge of hand tools, standard and metric rulers, and can work efficiently and safely. Location: Farmingdale, NY. Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm flex for OT. Hourly rate: up to $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities: • Support Warehouse and Showroom team with installations, cleaning and inventory. • Stage and assemble all parts for displays and installations. • Manage pick-ups and put away transfers. • Move vehicles for installation. • Complete installations from start to finish. • Inspect vehicles before customer picks up. • Maintain tools and equipment and tracking supplies. • Clean warehouse floors, bathrooms, and showroom. • Assist with physical inventory as needed. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Must have High School diploma or GED with at least 6 months of related experience. • Knowledge of hand tools and standard and metric rulers. • Able to read and follow instructions. • Basic computer skills. • Valid driver’s license to move customer vehicles. • Able to lift to 75 lbs.
