Good with your hands? Mechanically inclined? Come talk to us! Handyman/woman to do minor and major repairs and maintenance projects for commercial buildings within the Sacramento Area. The ideal candidate will have the following skills: • Painting and prep • Plumbing • Light electrical • Light carpentry • Doors & trim • Drywall • Tile • Suite inspections and repairs • Light landscaping and general grounds clean-up • Janitorial and power washing • Furniture assembly (and sometimes moving furniture) • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more • Upkeep of tools and equipment • Maintain inventory list of tools and equipment • Perform work on-time and timely Other Requirements: • People skills (good tenant/vendor relations), follow direction well • Vehicle and valid driver's license • Having your own tools Please send resume to be considered.
