Mountain High Builders is a Custom Home Builder and Remodeler. We are currently hiring to fill the position of a Project Manager who may wear many hats. We are reference only and are a family orientated business. As Project Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Taking job details received from design/budget and apply to construction of the job with the highest standards of quality and safety
• Read, analyze, and interpret building codes and construction documents
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in an organized fashion with the ability to thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Exceptional understanding of all phases of the construction process and knowledge of building products and details
• Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively in a Team environment
• Outgoing with excellent communication skills, both orally and written
In addition, applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel as well as Dropbox.
