We want to hire you now! No experience needed! $17-$20/hr. with benefits! YOU MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK EVENING SHIFTS- beginning around 5pm. Floor-Care Technician Responsibilities: • Assembles cleaning supplies and equipment; cleans floors, rooms and offices following established schedules and methods. • Shampoos and vacuums carpets for cleaning; removes spots from carpets. • Assists in cleaning emergency spills as observed or requested. • Wet/dry mops floors in hard surfaced offices and rooms. • Scrubs and buffs floor with rotary/automatic machines. • Understands quality standards and upholds quality standards. • Checks supplies and orders replacements. • Maintains equipment in a clean and orderly manner. • Restocks supplies as needed. • Communicates with team members in a manner, which promotes dignity and respect. • Performs other duties as may be assigned by management. Floor-Care Technician Requirements- Candidates must meet all requirements to be considered: • A valid driver's license • A clean driving record (you must be insurable to drive our vehicles) • Able to pass a background check (nothing more than a minor traffic violation) • Able to pass a drug screen Floor-Care Technician Qualifications: • The ability to speak, read, and write in English to communicate effectively with management team. • The ability to work independently to accomplish all tasks once training is complete. • The ability to lift/carry/push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds. • The ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time • The ability to lead other technicians Our organization is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and proud to support a drug free workplace.
