Our client is an independently owned company that provides state of the art systems for waterproofing, mold remediation, and construction to the Maryland and DC area. We have more than 35 years of knowledge and experience and we are a leader in the industry. We provide complete waterproofing systems that permanently stop water leakage. We install drain tile systems, sump pumps, repair foundation cracks, and excavation. Responsibilities: (We will train you) -Able to handle heavy equipment -Assist in applying waterproofing to foundations -Assist in installation of footer drainage systems -Assist in digging/trenching -Assist in maintaining a safe work environment -Follow verbal and written instructions -Work as a team to complete projects -Spray coating/painting -Maintain truck and all equipment -Communicate with other construction personnel Requirements -Must be 18+ years old to be eligible for this position -Crew members must be able to be to work consistently from Monday-Friday 7:45AM to 4:30PM. Some weekends are required -May be required to work long hours on occasion -Crew members work outdoors in various weather conditions -Able to lift 50+ lbs. -Able to walk around construction sites safely -Maintain a positive attitude and work well with other team members -Drug/Alcohol free workplace - Due to the nature of construction drug/alcohol use during work is not permitted
