Reliant Real Estate Services, a leader in third-party property management, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our growing La Crosse team. Maintenance technicians will be responsible for daily work orders, unit turnovers and preventative maintenance at rental properties. A basic understanding of plumbing, electrical and HVAC is preferred, but will train the right motivated individual.
Hourly pay is $16-$17 per hour, plus health insurance and 401k.
