We are seeking an experienced Floral Designer for our busy Virginia Beach flower shop. Duties include multiple facets of design, flower care & processing, along with customer care and pricing. We are looking for a team player who is focused on providing a quality experience for our valued customers. Also key, will be the willingness and ability to learn our systems and processes in order to become an effective, key contributor. Also looking for holiday design help. 757-372-0638 Cut and create floral displays Assist customers in selecting desired floral arrangements Provide specialized design and floral expertise to plan, design and create floral arrangements for events and retail customers Create floral arrangements and/or other items to fill customer orders Maintain cleanliness and order in coolers, storage areas, and common work areas Create floral designs according to specifications Perform daily rounds to assess cleanliness and upkeep of floral arrangements Follow the competitive landscape for new and seasonal floral design changes Deliver flowers and floral displays/arrangements to customers, property sites or off site locations
