The Field Supervisor in this role will oversee our service partner contractors working for us at our clients business during snow storms and winter weather. This person will be on call 24/7 during all winter storms. They will help resolve issues that arrive and come to a solution that keeps our clients satisfied with our services. Their is part time admin work involved when it is not snowing. The field supervisor will be given a company truck that they will take home with them. It should be noted that this is a part time and temporary position. Our snow contracts with our clients expire on April 30, 2022. It should be expected that the person in this role will work until at least early to mid-April of 2022. We are looking for someone that can fill this role that we can bring back year after year for the winter season. Qualified Candidates Must Meet The Following Criteria: - Must have a minimum of 1 year supervising experience -Must have a minimum of 1 year snow plowing experience -Must have a clean driver's license -Must be able to pass a criminal background check -Must be a reliable individual who can resolve problems quickly
