NRA Refuse To Be A Victim seminar teaches the basic knowledge, skill, and attitude for developing a strategy for one's personal safety.   The seminar includes classroom instruction on a variety of crime prevention strategies, from crime psychology to automobile crimes to cyber crime.  And what you, as an individual, can do to prevent becoming a victim of a crime.   This is great for anyone to attend from teenagers up to seniors.
