Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator Department: Warehouse Status: Full Time / Non-Exempt Reports To: Operations Supervisor of Warehouse & Fulfillment Location: Burnsville, MN Are you interested in joining one of the 175 best companies to work for in Minnesota? This position will not only be a valuable asset in our warehouse, but they will be helping out in the transportation area to bring relief to that team and variety in their day. The primary responsibilities of a level one warehouse coordinator are picking and shipping of orders in a timely manner. They also assist with processing returns and regular cycle counts of inventory. This level also needs to be able to assist/backup team members with Print/Plus/Kitting orders. Essential Functions: • Competent in order picking • Able to determine shipping method, LTL or parcel shipping, and correct carrier for each order either on Innovative account or 3rd party • Answer general customer questions • Keeps clean and orderly workspace • Participate in responding to Fulfillment emails • Support processing returns • Ability to complete daily opening and closing activities • Can complete MPX/Print orders – provide costs to MPX • Assist with kitting projects • Send end of day parcel summaries to internal teams • Coachable - Other duties as assigned Physical Demands: • Regularly lift and/or move objects 5-50 lbs • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop or kneel Company Functions: • Support company programs and initiatives • Lives up to Company Core Values • Team player in a collaborative setting • Self-motivated Equal Employment Opportunity 10.2021 To apply, goto:
