Looking for someone with a flexible schedule to work cashier shifts at our Christkindlmarket Wrigleyville booth and/or food truck events. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and co-workers at all times - Help cook set up for start of service and close down at end - Take customer orders - Communicate and coordinate with customers and colleagues effectively - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support - Acknowledge and resolve any customer issues and complaints - Gain knowledge of our products and services with the ability answer questions accurately - Provide customer and other feedback to the Soul & Smoke team REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to stay calm and respectful under stress and when customers are stressed or upset - Able to walk/stand throughout shift - Comfortable using computer and POS system - Experience working with customer support - Quick problem solving capabilities - Ability to multitask and keep organized - Ability to work in a team - Prior food experience and knowledge preferred PAY: $16-18 per hour Please send contact information and work experience.
