Seeking Lead Guitarist for established rock band

Established Rock group Trixy Tang is seeking a new full time lead guitarist. We've been a group for nearly 10 years and have built a large/loyal following throughout Michigan. We have won Revue Magazine "Best Of West" Best Cover Band and Best Original Band 4 years running. We do both originals and covers, however the majority of our shows are strictly covers with a few originals sprinkled in. We like to play consistently and make money and as you know that is where the money usually is for now. Professionally recorded in Memphis, TN and released one debut album that has achieved international recognition. We are a 4 piece band and are looking for one lead guitar to fill the spot. We do not have or use a Rhythm Guitarist. Our cover set list spans from 70's-90's/00's but we play a lot of 80's/90's mainly, but we always like to keep it fresh and add new songs consistently. We would ideally need someone who is very advanced, professional gear and attitude, wants to commit as a permanent member, looking to play and write original music and NO DRAMA or substance abusers please. Typically we play 1-2 shows a month, with a lot of Festivals, private parties, etc. in the Summer. Age is not a prerequisite, however ideally someone in their 20's or 30's is what we're looking for.
