With thousands of pets euthanized and taken to shelters every year, why are there so many people letting there animals breed? The rules for posting say "SMALL" rehoming fee. Clearly, so many people trying to make money off of breeding pets- why? is it there are not enough jobs available? too lazy to get a job? How is it that a kitten, for example, can be advertised for any where from approx. $50+- to approx $200+-, and dogs as high as $2,100+- and the reason says "to ensure a good home" - really?- and then people charging high prices claim "to cover costs of shots, worming, etc" - gosh, if you weren't letting your animal breed, there wouldn't be any cost. Sure- there are certain circumstances - i.e.,rescues that are pg, but for the most part it sure looks like greedy people trying to make $ off of the natural instincts of an animal. And to the people trying to rehome a more adult animal - are you saying that someone willing to pay something like perhaps $75+- for an animal would not provide a good home? Greedy is as greedy does. If this gets flagged, then obviously you are one referred to in this post.
