I run a small business repairs on rental properties. We meet up in lakeland, and drive my work vans, throughout Central Florida, mostly Tampa/ Orlando Im looking for someone that does roof repairs, these are very minor, normally fix leaks around vents or 2x3 area have to be cut out and replaced due to valley ending up against a wall. Looking for someone thats experienced that can handle these jobs. Must know other basic handyman knowledge but the main trade im looking for is a roof repair guy that can get the jobs done. You will not be on roof all day, most days more than half the day is driving from job to job, will do handyman task and roof repair task.
